Normally I post a photo of myself with some iconic figure, and this week's photo is no exception. The difference is that this time it's an actual, unaltered photo. One of the unexpected bonuses of our trip to Michigan a few weeks ago was a chance to see a cast of Rodin's The Thinker, which was visiting Grand Rapids.

I couldn't resist posing next to the big lug. So here we are:
